Alternative Arrangement is a non-profit record label and promotion company working to support, highlight, and empower young creatives and musicians through providing opportunities to perform, try out ideas, and learn. The community around us is the heart of our work, and we recognise the need to foster real social connection between young people. We truly are nothing without the people around us, and our key goal is to bring people together. We believe in a fairer share for the arts, one based in community and celebration over corporate profit.
