WHAT THE F**K IS ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENT?

Alternative Arrangement is a non-profit record label and promotions company, working to support and uplift youth arts & music from the grassroots up.

We are a proudly youth-lead, youth owned company, and we believe that young people need support, need community. We're growing up in a time when people are more divided than ever, atomised by social media, and isolated by the systematic closure of accessible third spaces. We recognise that this needs to change, and are proudly doing our part to hold space for our community.

SOUNDS GOOD?

Here are some ways you can get involved!

Come along to one of our shows! We work to ensure our events are as inclusive and accessible as possible, and offer a portion of our tickets at a discounted price for those who need it!

The voice of our community is the driving force behind our work, and we want everyone to be able to have their say in shaping us.
Right now, we're doing our initial community survey, so make sure you get involved to make your voice heard.

Are you a musician looking to perform? We open the stage to bands of all abilities, offering opportunities to get to grips with the stage and hone your stagecraft.
We also look to support visual artists, working together to create posters & graphics for our shows, working with bands to design artwork and merch, and offering opportunites to celebrate and showcase work.

Interested in what goes on behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly? Looking to run your own event? We're inviting people to come onboard and work with us as part of our crew, supported to learn through on-the-job experience.

SUPPORT US

As a non-profit, all the money we raise goes back into our community, funding the work we do. Buying tickets and coming along to our events is not only a great way of supporting us, but also the best way of supporting the people on stage and everyone behind the scenes who works to make our shows happen.

We have merch! Designed by our community and produced locally, buying and wearing it can be a way of directly supporting us, plus you get to look cool while doing it!

We're working with people of all ages to share knowledge and guide how we work. If you have experience in the industry, or equipment gathering dust, we'd love to hear from you!

Free ways to support us:

• Volunteer your time with us to help out at an event (plus you get to see the amazing bands perform for free)• Write a bit about your experience at our events! We're collecting testimonials to prove our impact on the community.• Spread the word! Tell you friends about us and what we're up to!• Follow us on social media :)• Join our mailing list to stay in the loop about everything we're getting up to
